Outside of Old Milltown. The building was built in 1909 as the Yost Auto Company, the first auto dealer in Edmonds. Brackett & Roscoe, visible on the South end of the building was an early grocery store owned by Daniel Brackett and E.W. Roscoe. Daniel Brackett was married to Minnie Roscoe, and Daniel was a nephew of George Brackett, the founder of Edmonds.
